Sequoia Publishings Works™ is delighted to present the its first project with the compilation of the works of Howard Phillips Lovecraft.
This compilation effort is with the goal to preserve Lovecraft's more popular fictional works and some poems in various electronic publishing formats such as PDF, ePub, and plaintext through typsetting technologies such as LaTeX, XHTML, Markdown, and GROFF

Document Types

The following are the types of electronic formats of which have been or are planned to be released

PDF

A standard format throughout the world (ISO 32000), the PDF version is the primary version of which subsequent publications take after. This particular version is produced by using XeLaTeX, BibTeX, and MakeIndex along with the professional typeface family of Adobe Garamond Pro for optimal reading.

ePub

A standard format throughout the world (ISO/IEC 23761:2021), the ePub version is the secondary version that is meant to allow the maximum freedom and portability when PDF access is not available. It incorporates web technologies of XHTML 5, CSS, JS, which allows for small file sizes and network transfering.

Markdown

Markdown is one of the lightest and easiest to learn markup language that has been adopted in various Content Management Systems (CMS), web forums, chat protocols and services with various dialects. This version will come in two versions: a single file format and a multi document format in a 7zip archive. All in Github Flavor Markdown (GFM).

Web

An online version meant for being viewed on web browsers will be made for quick reference. How this will done is still yet to be determined.
